** Pins, Keychains, Prints, and Stickers ship from House of Pink headquarters! Apparel, bags, and caps ship from my Print on Demand partners! That means that ordering from both of these categories makes for higher shipping prices! Please take note of this when deciding on your purchase items :) **

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please check our tables below to see approximate processing and delivery times.

Once your order is shipped I cannot guarantees any of these dates or give you a status on your order as Standard Shipping doesn't come with tracking. You can purchase tracking if you'd like at checkout! 

PROCESSING TIMES  

1 to 14 business for ALL items, APPROXIMATELY. 

I'm a one woman show so I ask for your patience :) If you need an order shipped ASAP please leave me a note when you place your order and I'll see what I can do! Though apparel, totes, bags, and mugs have the same processing times, these items are print on demand and therefore I have no control over how long take to ship out, they are fulfilled by another company for me so production and shipping is out of my hands!

Refund/Exchange policy

Pins, Keychains, Stickers, Earrings, Tags, and Prints are non-refundable, please take the time to read through all product descriptions before placing an order. If items are damaged upon arrival you may message me to find a solution.
I do not offer exchanges. You may return an item at your expense and purchase a new time.
Apparel items, totes, bags, and mugs are non-exchangeable. PLEASE read through our size guides for apparel and check all measurements before placing your order as I will not take refunds or exchanges for apparel items that are not to your size/style. Each item is custom printed for you! 

Wrong item/defective?

If you have received the wrong item in your order please see me a message ASAP and I'll do everything I can to sort it out with you!

If there is a problem with your apparel, bag, or mug (it is defective, wrong item, etc.) please let me know by sending me a message or email at houseofpinkart@gmail.com! I'll work with you to get the correct item as quickly as possible.
